Last night I had the biggest group of pets I have ever had! Four dogs and two cats to be exact! This blog post will be featuring the canines as they were much happier to have me visit with my camera than the kitties were! LOL.

As usual, we all had preconceived ideas about what we would photograph – and most of it goes out the window when the dogs decide on the direction of the photo session. LOL. The dogs are almost always right and have much cooler ideas than we do!

The first pup up is Libby. When I see Libby, I imagine her in an old Hollywood actress voice saying “if you think this looks good darling, you should have seen me in my prime!” The goal of Libby’s photos was to capture her “old soul” eyes. And, I think these two shots show them very well – as do the rest that her “mom” will be presented with in her gallery. πŸ™‚

Next up – Oliver. The goal for Oliver was to capture a photo of him being relaxed. He normally gets a little stressed, and his mom was really hoping for a shot of him showing his calm side. Since Oliver loves to model – it was easy. He was very comfortable posing for me. πŸ™‚

Oh Piper! Now, Piper apparently didn’t learn to bark until he was two years old. And, he hasn’t stopped since. I asked if he got his name because he has such a good set of pipes! Piper also enjoyed the session as he really was a fan of the duck liver treats I brought with me.

Last, but not least, is the youngest, Quinn. Quinn is such a handsome boy and he had some fun jumping over me while I took his photos. He also did stay still once and awhile, and while we weren’t looking, finished the entire bag of duck treats I brought with me. Quinn you naughty boy!

Thanks guys for having me over to your beautiful home! I can’t wait for you to see the rest of the images!
